THE SOLUTION

Alaska WorkSource is solution-based because we are committed to improve the quality of life in our community... one person at a time. We understand that an individual will not focus on employment if they do not have shelter, food, clothing, or access to medical care. We build relationships with local and state service agencies to make sure that each person recieves basic living nescessities. When particvapants are ready, we have a list of employers to train, hire individuals and work with us to help them succeed.
